French Sauvignon Blanc 6 Bottle Mixed Case

Sauvignon Blanc changes with where it's grown, and this case is built to show that. The Pouilly-Fumé is the classic Loire style: flinty and bone dry, with a stony minerality running through it. Domaine Preignes takes the same grape south to Languedoc, giving something sunnier and more citrus driven. La Vicomté rounds it off with a lighter 6% ABV version, for when you want the flavour without the full effect. Pour any of them with goat's cheese or a plate of oysters.
