Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Age Restriction

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that alcohol will not be delivered to a person under the age of 18. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe has been placed by or for a person under the legal drinking age.

2. Orders and Pricing

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely and we do not store card details on our servers.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within one to two business days. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we accept no liability for delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

5. Returns and Refunds

We will replace or refund any wine that arrives damaged or is genuinely faulty. Claims must be made within seven days of delivery. We do not accept returns of wine that has been opened and consumed unless it is faulty. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for the full returns procedure.

6. Responsible Drinking

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
