In 1981, fifth generation brothers Robert and Geoff established Bethany Wines.

They built a winery in the quarry where the early pioneers had hewn stone for their homes.

Pale green straw colour. Effusive and vibrant nose of lemon and mandarin citrus peel, crushed jasmine and hints of elderflower. A racy and linear palate of sweet, crisp lisbon lemons and tahitian limes.

A fine hint of slatey minerality and strong natural acid keep the palate light, fast moving and well structured. The finish is long, clean with resolutely crisp citrus fruit.
