Exciting! With a very dense purple colour, a deep, fruity nose follows. On the palate we find an airy, delicate, delicious juice. Absolute flexibility, appetizing fluidity, here is a beautiful ensemble that makes you want to come back.

Production notes

Volcanic and clayey-gravelly soils, 25-30 year old vines.
Rigorous preliminary selection of the grapes prior to pressing. Maceration then takes place for 4 hours in the pressFermentation with neutral yeasts at 26 to 32° for a total 15 days. A small portion of the wine is then aged for 8 months in barrels (10%).
