Prosecco is traditionally made in a tank which allows the production of sparkling wine that retains the flavour of the base wine and is much cheaper and faster than bottle fermenting methods.

This Prosecco has fine and persistent bubbles, is aromatic with a refined taste, fruitful & floral with notes of acacia flowers, apple and wisteria.

It has a balanced acidity and is a truly excellent aperitif.
