Fabbrica was founded in 2013 with a sole objective - to make purist wines with a strong identity that best express the character of the Val d’Orcia unique Tuscan territory.

Whole cluster Viognier co fermented with Syrah in just the right proportions.

You might assume it is based on an old classic but in this case, the classic is new.

The result is a wine with an intense nose, black and deep, appetising with notes of liquorice and blueberry.
