Very classic vintage with a slightly temperate finish. Blocks were picked between the 1st and 20th of April 2022. Fruit selection mainly at vineyards. Hand-picked.
Cold soak at 10 °C for 3 to 4 days. The blend has 8 different lots with 10% to 20% whole cluster.Stainless steel with gentle short pump overs for not over extracting.Barrel aging: 16 to 20 months in French oak foudres and barrels.
