Bright pale golden colour with shades of green. Shows a good intensity and complexity of fresh lime and a mineral sensation. After a few minutes in theglass shows some ripe and tropical notes like physalis fruit with a hint of fresh pineapple and white peach. It finishes with a gentle herbal character veryclassic in the Leyda Valley Sauvignon Blancs. In mouth is concentrated and creamy with a balanced acidity that gives a fresh feeling with a good contrastof a salinity taste in the back palate.A full, balanced wine with personality and exquisite elegance.
The poor soils and gentle ocean breezes create tremendous aromatic potential and the great intensity reflected in the wine’s floral aromas and fresh, exotic fruit.Hand picked between 13th of March to 5th of April 2024 (very cold and late harvest) grape selection in the vineyard.
Destemmed and pneumatic pressed with minimum skin contact.10 to 15 days in stainless steel tank at temperatures between: 15° – 17°C. The wine was kept for an average of 6 months over the lees.
