Domaine la Rouillère Grande Réserve Rosé
Côtes de Provence · France · 37.5 cl · 12%
With a bright ruby red colour and slightly translucent, the Boya Pinot Noir 2022 stands out for its aromatic profile of fresh red fruits, dominated by raspberries and tart cherries. As it opens up, it reveals gentle herbal nuances with notes of rosemary, thyme, and anise, complemented by a characteristic hint of damp earth typical of this variety. On the palate, it starts with a very fresh entry that is soft and pleasant, supported by a medium body and refreshing acidity that leads to a light and easy-to-drink finish.
