100% Blaufrankisch, sourced from vineyards planted in 1982 on permeable black earth gravel soil, sandy loam but lime free.

Similar in style to Pinot Noir, it has a dark ruby garnet with violet reflections and adelicate lightening at the edge.

A hint of figs and dried plums combine for an inviting bouquet. Juicy, elegant, fine tannins, a good freshness and minerality make for a versatile food accompaniment.

It is dark berry, well structured and has a long finish.
