It was in 1983 the year of the very first harvest at Domaine de La Sanglière – not only for François, but also for Rémy, his eldest son, then 16 years old.

Grapes from vines growing along the Mediterranean coast give this wine its liveliness.

The colour is bright and vibrant. The intense and seductive nose reveals aromas of peach and small red fruits.
The palate is full, round, and flavourful. The finish is mouth watering with a very rich texture.
