Tasting notes

This wine delivers a fresh minerality with a smooth full finish.

Production notes

The soil is a red calcareous soil which is rich in limestone with a north-south row direction to gain optimum flavours for this premium selected Chardonnay.
Harvested early mornings, these juices are kept for a limited time on the fine lees, achieving natural minerality, and lightly oaked for a fresh finish.
