Domaine la Rouillère Grande Réserve Rosé
Côtes de Provence · France · 37.5 cl · 12%
A cocktail of small red berry fruits on the nose predominantly raspberries and red currants that gradually leaves room for hints of leather. Deliciously clean and fresh on the palate with red fruit aromas. Delicately floral and a hint of pepper thanks to the proportion of Gamay in the blend. A round and balanced wine.
Côte Chalonnaise is probably the birthplace of Crémant de Bourgogne. Indeed, in 1822 grape growers based in Rully and Mercurey invited a young Champagne winemaker to their estates – Burgundy sparkling wine was born. All over the 19th and 20th centuries, this sparkling production is going to be improved, until the recognition in 1975 with the AOC Crémant de Bourgogne.Blend: 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay, 40% Chardonnay.
Traditional sparkling wine method: after primary fermentation and bottling, a second alcoholic fermentation occurs in the bottle.24 months ageing on fine lees.Disgorgement, completed with the expedition liqueur, allows to finalize the process.
