Sparkling 6 Mixed Case

Over the past decade, English sparkling wine has been closing the gap on Champagne, and this case sets one English classic against two very different sides of it. Roebuck brings England's answer, made the traditional way on Sussex chalk. Billecart-Salmon keeps things classic and light. Bollinger goes bigger, a Pinot Noir rosé with real depth.

Flavour Profile

Tasting notes

The Roebuck vineyards in Petworth span the width of the beautiful county of Sussex in the South of England. Crafted from fruit picked at optimal ripeness from multiple mature vineyards, this Classic Cuvée was whole bunch pressed and partially fermented in the finest Burgundian oak barrels, giving the wine complexity, richness and elegance. Lees ageing for a minimum of 36 months enhances the character of the vintage, creating an excellent English sparkling wine which is best enjoyed with some delicious seafood. "Complex nose, citrus and red fruits, roast nuts and baked bread. Plenty of depth, acidity well integrated. This is a pretty wine with attractive development and richness."
