The Cortese grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks before being aged on the lees for three months, giving fantastic concentration, richness and mouth watering freshness.

Bright orchard fruits, runny honey and candied citrus fruits merge with subtle notes of almond.

Lively, balanced and ever so drinkable, especially paired with fresh fish
