Reds Around The World 12 Bottle Mixed Case

Six countries, six reds, one journey from easy drinking to something special. Start in the south of France with a soft, juicy Syrah, then head to South Africa for smoky Pinotage and Italy for a proper Chianti. Things step up from there. Old vine Malbec from Argentina brings more depth. Spiced Blaufränkisch from Austria brings something different again. A cool climate Chilean Syrah closes it out on a high. Work through all six and you'll taste exactly why this case gets better with every bottle.

Flavour Profile

Tasting notes

La Vicomté was formed in 1977, and is located in the heart of the Languedoc region, between the towns of Béziers and Montpellier. This brilliant, intense ruby coloured wine presents notes of red berries (blueberry, blackberry & blackcurrant) and flowers (violet & peony). The second nose reveals aromas of black pepper and liquorice, yet it is ample and balanced. A fruity, peppery profile with some undergrowth aromas & light tannins give structure to the palate.
