Chilean Reds 6 Bottle Mixed Case
Chile's reds cover more ground than most people realise. This selection puts two very different terroirs side by side. The Amayna Côte de Mar Syrah and Boya Pinot Noir both come from Leyda, a cool coastal valley where the Pacific keeps the fruit bright and fresh. The Catalino País is a different animal: vines over a hundred years old in Maule, farmed the old way, giving something lighter and rougher round the edges. Pour the Syrah and Pinot Noir with roast chicken or charcuterie. Save the País for grilled fish or tapas. See below for the current lineup.

Flavour Profile
Tasting notes
Deep ruby in color with violet hues, Amayna Côte D´Mar 2022 is a red blend that harmoniously combines the intensity of Syrah, the freshness of Grenache, and the subtle perfume of Viognier. On the nose, it reveals ripe red and black fruits such as raspberries and blackberries, complemented by delicate floral notes, spices, and a subtle mineral touch. The palate offers a balanced structure with fine tannins, vibrant acidity, and a persistent finish that highlights its elegance.
